Psalm 89:2-3, 16-17, 18-19
Romans 6:3-4, 8-11
"But he said in reply to the one who told him, 'Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?' And stretching out his hand towards his disciples, he said, ' Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my heavenly Father is my brother, and my sister, and my mother." cf. Matthew 12:48-50

"Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me,
and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me;

Whoever finds his life will lose it,
and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
"Whoever receives you receives me,
and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.
